Massey Ferguson’s latest offering, the 9S Series, includes six new tractor models with power outputs ranging from 285 to 425 horsepower. Each model is powered by a 8.4-litre, six-cylinder AGCO Power diesel engine, capable of delivering up to 553 ft-lbs of torque mated to a Dyna-VT CVT transmission to deliver seamless power.
The 9S series includes a number of comfort and automated features, such as MF AutoTurn and AutoHeadland, and the ISOBUS Tractor Implement Management (TIM) system for enhanced operational efficiency. The inclusion of a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) enhances traction while minimizing soil compaction. Massey Ferguson’s MF Protect-U design reduces in-cab vibrations and noise levels, creating a quiet work environment at just 69dBa.
Each tractor’s cab is equipped with a touchscreen control terminal surrounded by ample storage. Optimal visibility is provided through extensive glass areas, strategically placed cameras and advanced LED lighting.
The hydraulic system of the 9S includes a high-capacity tank capable of a flow rate up to 400 litres/min at 1850 rpm, to handle demanding tasks and implements.
