The Salford AB640 is a high-capacity air boom applicator designed for precise dry fertilizer application. Featuring a 90-foot (27.4 meters) boom and a 640-cubic-foot (18,120 liters) hopper, it ensures uniform distribution with its pneumatic air delivery system. The applicator supports variable rate application and integrates with GPS for accuracy. Built with a heavy-duty frame and high-flotation tires, the AB640 is suitable for large-scale farming. Due to the large capacity and boom width the AB640 has horsepower requirements of 350 to 400 horsepower and hydraulic flow requirements of 60 gallons per minute.
