The POLE-CAT model uses a smooth and powerful vibration with a frequency of approx 75 vibrations/ second to quickly and firmly drive your post or pile into the ground. The Vibrating Head section is classed as a "centre mount" style and can also be moved up on the vertical frame to allow you to drive posts approximately 2 feet longer than the height of the arms on your skid steer, which in most cases will be 11.5' to 13 feet depending on the model of the skid steer. The Pole-Cat model will safely drive posts sized up to 7" - 8" in diameter.
