The new Ventrac Fine Cut and Fast Cut flail mowers are in a class of their own. Thanks to Ventrac's front-mount design, these mower decks allow tall or dense areas to be transformed into a quality finished cut for fast, efficient property management. Flail mowers are a perfect choice for any overgrown area containing different types of vegetation. Add to Ventrac's capabilities the ability to mow difficult areas such as slopes, wet areas, or retention ponds, and these flail mowers will greatly improve the maintenance of any property.

The two available models, Fine Cut and Fast Cut, offer distinct blade options and two width choices for greater versatility of cutting, speed, and application. The decks' cutting widths are 56” and 72” and offer the greatest versatility for specific property needs.

The Fine Cut Flail (MW560/MW722) is equipped with scoop blades and will produce a quality cut with a more finished appearance on grassy surfaces mowed 3 to 8 times per year.

The Fast Cut Flail (MY562/MY722) is fitted with Y blades and is suitable for dense material or brush-type growth. The Fast Cut is a good choice for overgrown brush and vineyard areas that do not require regular mowing, but where a better finish is still desired than with a typical coarse rotary cut.
