Flaman Agriculture now offers the Convey-All 1650-TL Oilseed Series. Although Convey-All started with the excellent design of the 1600 models, key components have now been upgraded to withstand the harsh conditions created by canola and hemp seeds.

Traditional belts used on cereal grain conveyors can shrink or deform when handling oilseed crops. Oilseeds trapped and crushed between the roller and the belt release oil. This build-up of oil and debris accelerates wear on parts and reduces the lifespan of your conveyor. Convey-All has skived the edge of the belt to solve this problem.

Convey-All has upgraded its 1650-TL conveyor to handle the tough conditions created by oilseeds. An overlapping double skirt at the feed conveyor has been added to reduce the number of crushed seeds, and additional scrapers along the belt have been installed to prevent fouling by tiny seeds. 

On the Oilseed Series, Convey-All has reduced the overall conveyor speed to ensure gentler handling of your commercial crop and to decrease the number of crushed seeds. The 1650-TL Oilseed still transports an impressive amount of grain at 7,900 bushels per hour with the 16" skived-edge belt running inside a 10" wind guard tube.
