Flaman Agriculture now offers the Convey-All 1650-TL Oilseed Series. Although Convey-All started with the excellent design of the 1600 models, key components have been improved to withstand the harsh conditions created by canola and hemp seeds.

Traditional belts used on grain conveyors can shrink or deform when handling oilseed crops. Oilseeds trapped and crushed between the roller and the belt release oil. This buildup of oil and debris causes additional wear on parts, reducing the longevity of your conveyor. Convey-All has beveled the edge of the belt to solve this problem.

Convey-All has upgraded its 1650-TL conveyor to withstand the harsh conditions created by oilseeds. A double overlapping flap at the conveyor inlet has been added to reduce the number of crushed seeds, and additional scrapers along the belt have been installed to prevent the buildup of very small seeds. 

On the Oilseed series, Convey-All has reduced the overall conveyor speed to ensure gentler handling of your commercial crop and to decrease the number of crushed seeds. The 1650-TL Oilseed still moves an impressive amount of grain at 7,900 bushels per hour with the 16" skived-edge belt operating inside a 10" wind guard tube.
