The Pallet Bin 5040-HB is based on the regular Pallet Bin 5040 model. The higher height provides greater versatility and maneuverability for feeding livestock or emptying when it is set on the ground. Improved ergonomic design – same rigid construction.

This portable pallet hopper for bulk feed storage is mounted to a rigid steel frame built with 3/16″ thick angle irons. It is designed to withstand the wear generated by grain handling on the farm. It offers 20″ of clearance under the slide gate, allowing you to easily fill feed buckets from underneath without having to lift the hopper.

Buffer Valley designed this pallet hopper with dedicated fork pockets to ease movement and a side-access pull rod that cuts off grain flow effortlessly. You can install it as a stationary feed hopper and bring it back to the yard to fill it as needed.

The Pallet Bin 5040-HB was designed to replace the use of cloth bags for bulk feed, which are difficult to handle. Our grain hoppers solve the problems associated with those products. Our pallet hopper prevents pests from getting into your grain and making a mess of it. They also keep moisture out and can be left outside in the rain without issue.
