In response to market demand, the NITRO Rancher Series was developed to ensure that small operations get the same distribution system in a format suited to them. NITRO RS spreaders are ideal for producers who want to keep their yards clean while bringing rich nutrients to the fields. Removable beater assemblies offer increased value and functionality, allowing the NITRO to function as a rear-discharge trailer with a moving floor when it is not spreading.

Limited lifetime warranty of the apron drive chain As part of the Limited Lifetime Warranty on the apron drive chain, Tubeline will replace a broken apron chain or a connecting link on any Nitro model manure spreader. CV shaft All Nitro models are equipped with a CV (constant velocity) shaft, which allows a tighter turning radius, substantially reduces the occurrence of driveline vibrations in a sharp turn, and increases the longevity of the driveline.

Guillotine gate The guillotine gate can be opened partially to meter the amount of material sent to the beater assembly. This ensures optimal distribution of lime and different consistencies of manure in the field.
