2024 Ventrac DC520 Attachment

The DC520 Soil Cultivator prepares bare soil by cultivating a loose, uniform seedbed to achieve the best possible results in direct seeding. This attachment is effective for reconditioning hard, compacted soils to produce a better surface that promotes higher and more consistent germination rates.

The Soil Cultivator consists of 4 main elements that act simultaneously to process large volumes of soil and provide the ultimate seedbed. The cultivator tines begin by pulverizing the soil and separating debris. Next, the separator tines sift and bury stones and other large debris beneath the prepared surface. Then, the distribution blade carries the screened soil and spreads it evenly across the working surface. And the perforated roller creates a honeycombed surface for the seed and presses small debris below soil level.
