Features of the Kello-Bilt Tandem Disc

Oil bath bearing: Back-to-back tapered roller bearings are used to reduce lateral shear when using a tandem disc. Sealed with Duo-Cone TM seals, the bearings bathe in 90W gear oil for a friction-free life.

Welded tubular spacer: Fabricated steel tubular spacers that will not crack or compress, offering maximum durability in the toughest conditions.

Gang shafts and end washers: Made from high carbon alloy steel to eliminate elongation and premature failures.

Disc blades: Supplied as standard with 26” V-notched blades for working hard soils.

Bearing standards and wear plates: Composed of a rectangular tube with a minimum thickness of 3/8” for maximum support.

Gang bar: Manufactured
