Kello-Bilt Tandem Disc Features

Oil Bath Bearing : Back-to-back tapered roller bearings are used to reduce lateral shear when using a disc harrow. Sealed with Duo-Cone TM seals, the bearings are bathed in 90W gear oil for a friction-free life.

Welded Spacer Spool : Manufactured tubular steel spacers that do not crack or compress, offering maximum durability in the toughest conditions.

Gang Shafts & End Washers : Gang shafts and end washers manufactured from high carbon alloy steel to eliminate elongation and premature failures.

Disc Blades : Equipped as standard with 26” V-notched blades to work hard soils.

Bearing Standards & Wear Plates : Made from a rectangular tube with a minimum thickness of 3/8” for maximum support.
