MDE Koala K150 TREE SHEAR

Small but powerful!

Although small in size, the K150 should never be underestimated: it is a very powerful small tree shear. The K150 is an ideal attachment for utility work as well as for forest thinning. The small size of the K150 and its thoughtful design make this shear a good choice for small excavators. Weighing only 104kg, it nonetheless offers an impressive cutting diameter of 6”/ 150mm.

Our Koala 150 tree shear is a true concentrate of power. It is designed for small jobs where small trees need to be removed. The 150 firmly grips the tree, then the hydraulic cylinder pushes the cutting blade against the trunk and severs it.

A key feature of the Koala shear design is the replaceable blade in case it is damaged during intensive use. Another important feature is the bolted attachment that allows the shear to be transferred to other excavators. The bolted attachment also gives you the option of using the shear on other machines such as telehandlers, mini loaders and cranes.
