Convey-All 1650 Steel Oilseed Series Truck Load Conveyor

Flaman Agriculture now offers the Convey-All 1650-TL Oilseed series. While Convey-All started from the excellent design of the 1600 models, key components have been upgraded to handle the demanding conditions created by canola and hemp seeds.

Traditional belts used on grain conveyors can shrink or deform when handling oilseed crops. Oilseeds trapped and crushed between the roller and the belt release oil. This buildup of oil and debris causes additional wear on parts, reducing the life of your conveyor. Convey-All skived the belt edge to solve this problem.

Convey-All upgraded its 1650-TL conveyor to handle the tough conditions created by oilseeds. A double overlapping skirt on the feed conveyor has been added to reduce the number of crushed seeds, and more scrapers along the belt have been installed to prevent the buildup of small seeds.

On the Oilseed series, Convey-All reduced the overall conveyor speed to ensure that your commercial crop is handled gently and that the number of crushed seeds is decreased. The 1650-TL Oilseed still moves an impressive amount of grain at 7,900 bushels per hour with the 16" skived-edge belt operating inside a 10" wind guard tube.
