Truck-loading conveyor Convey-All 1650 Steel Oilseed Series

Flaman Agriculture now offers the Convey-All 1650-TL Oilseed Series. Although Convey-All started with the excellent design of the 1600 models, key components have now been upgraded to withstand the harsh conditions created by canola and hemp seeds.

Traditional belts used on grain conveyors can shrink or deform when handling oilseed crops. Oilseeds trapped and crushed between the roller and the belt release oil. This buildup of oil and debris accelerates wear on parts and reduces the life of your conveyor. Convey-All has beveled the edge of the belt to solve this problem.

Convey-All has upgraded its 1650-TL conveyor to handle the harsh conditions caused by oilseeds. A double overlapping cover on the feed conveyor has been added to reduce the number of crushed seeds, and additional scrapers along the belt have been installed to prevent the buildup of small seeds.

On the Oilseed series, Convey-All has reduced the overall conveyor speed so that your commercial crop is handled gently and the number of crushed seeds is reduced. The 1650-TL Oilseed still carries an impressive amount of grain at 7,900 bushels per hour with the 16" beveled-edge belt running inside a 10" windbreak tube.
